Shipping policy

All Feline Preferred orders are processed and shipped within 14 business days of purchase.

Please allow up to 14 business days for your order to be prepared, packaged, and handed off to the carrier. Processing times may be longer during launches, limited drops, pre-orders, holidays, or periods of unusually high order volume.

Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information when available. Delivery times after shipment are determined by the carrier and are outside of Feline Preferred’s control.

Feline Preferred is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, holidays, incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided at checkout, or other circumstances outside our control.

Please make sure your shipping address is accurate before completing your order. Orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address may not be eligible for replacement or refund.

Pre-orders: Orders containing pre-order items will ship according to the timeline communicated for that specific pre-order. If an order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, the order may ship together once the pre-order item is ready.
