Shipping policy

In-stock orders ship within 1 to 3 business days. You'll get tracking by email as soon as your order ships.

Pre-orders: Pre-orders ship on the dates shown on that product's page. If an order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, the in-stock items ship first and the pre-order items ship separately once they're ready, at no additional shipping cost to you.

Free standard US shipping on orders of $105 or more after discounts.

Processing times may run longer around launches, holidays, or periods of unusually high order volume. Once your order ships, delivery times are set by the carrier and are outside of Feline Preferred's control. Feline Preferred is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, holidays, incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided at checkout, or other circumstances outside our control.

Please make sure your shipping address is accurate before completing your order. Orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address may not be eligible for replacement or refund.
